House Ruled of the Hotel Princess
- The hotel rooms and accommodations are exclusively accessible to guests who are properly registered at the reception, necessitating a valid identification document.
- The guest is issued a key card during check-in at the reception. If the guest misplaces the key card or fails to return it to the reception at check-out, they are required to compensate for the loss of the key card as stipulated by the Hotel policy;
- Explosives, firearms, and flammable chemicals hazardous to the environment are prohibited from being carried inside the hotel, in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Open flames, including candles, are prohibited within the hotel and its grounds; the introduction of food and beverages into the hotel is also forbidden. Ordering and delivering food to the hotel is prohibited. The hotel retains the authority to confiscate any outside sourced food and beverages.
- In the hotel, the use of stoves, electric cookers, and other heating devices is prohibited, except for those installed in the accommodation units and designated areas for guest use. Guests are required to report any defects and/or damages upon check-in and entry into the room. Consequently, all damages and/or faults may be billed to the guest with a request for compensation;
- Individuals who are not hotel guests are prohibited from entering the rooms without prior approval from hotel management.
Visits to hotel guests must be pre-registered at the hotel desk, necessitating a valid identification document. Visits are permitted till 20:00. If the visit extends beyond 8:00 p.m., the reservation holder will incur an extra charge per person for any subsequent guests. Guests may place a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the room door. The hotel's policy stipulates that this sign may remain for a maximum of 24 hours, after which the HOTEL reserves the right to enter the room to assess the general condition for security and guest safety; hotel guests are required to be suitably attired when traversing the public areas of the hotel; - The Hotel reserves the right to require a payment guarantee for additional costs as determined by the Hotel at the time of reservation or gust check-in;
- The guest is required to adhere to the procedures established by the State of Montenegro to prevent the spread of contagious diseases;
Where the guest resides in the Hotel for an extended period of time, payment is rendered on a weekly basis; - Rooms are available to guests from 2:00 p.m. on the arrival date until 11:00 a.m. on the departure date. Where the guest required an extended stay, s/he should contact the reception. Checkout after 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure incurs a fee of 50% of the overnight rate per person, and if the room is not vacated by 6:00 p.m., an additional night's charge applies;
- Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 10:30, and dinner from 19:00 to 22:00. Room service is accessible to customers daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Guests wishing to modify their service type at the restaurant must notify the reception at least two hours prior to the dinner. Additionally, guests are required to request a packed lunch (in lieu of breakfast) the day before, no later than 21:00 at the hotel reception. - Bed linen is replaced every three days. If the guest desires the used towels to be replaced, set them on the floor; the guest may store valuables and currency in the room's safe. The Hotel disclaims responsibility for the potential loss of valuables, money, and documents not secured in the room safe.
- Prior to departing the hotel, the guest must verify that the safe is devoid of contents and that any valuables, personal effects, and papers have been removed.
- The guest must promptly notify the reception of any lost or discovered items;
- The hotel disclaims responsibility for any damage or loss of the client's personal property; the guest must promptly report any technical problems, malfunctions, resultant damage, or service grievances to the reception or housekeeping staff, enabling the hotel to take appropriate measures. Late and unaddressed appeals, which the Hotel could not respond to, shall not be considered as grounds for decreasing the accommodation price;
- The admission of pets and animals inside the hotel is forbidden, except for service dogs;
- The destruction or removal of hotel inventory from the room is expressly forbidden. Any damage inflicted by the guest, whether intentional or unintentional, upon the hotel's inventory will incur charges, in accordance with the Hotel's regulations; The event organizer, group or excursion leader, parent, or guardian of a minor is liable for any damage caused by the child to hotel property or to third parties, including hotel guests, individuals contracted by the hotel, or employees.
- The period from 23:00 to 07:00 hours is designated as nighttime tranquility. During this hour, the guest is forbidden from generating noise that disrupts the tranquility of other hotel patrons; otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to terminate further accommodations. The Hotel retains the authority to terminate the continued accommodation of any guest who has disrupted other guests, personnel, damaged hotel property, or otherwise contravened the House Rules.
- Every room is equipped with a minibar. If a guest consumes or opens any offered goods, they are required to settle the bill upon check-out from the hotel or sooner, upon request from the reception

- At the beginning of using the accommodation, it is acknowledged that the guests are familiar with the Hotel’s house rules, which they are required to adhere to.
